New Port Richey officials extended the closure of Congress Street at Louisiana Avenue until next week after delays due to recent rains.

The paving of Congress Street and Louisiana Avenue has been delayed until November 2, 2015 due to the rain events this week.  The current road closure will remain at the intersection. Detours will be stay in place around the site and drivers can expect delays. Please defer from this area if at all possible. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
