I have a HARD musical crush on our guests, today.  I love ALL of Julie’s music, but the art she makes with Dave Eichenberger is transcendent, to me.  I had listened to her songs online, but had never seen the band live.  I remedied that at Chasco Fiesta, this year…And it left me in another place, and wanting more.

We finally GET to more, today.  Julie and Dave came by the Spare Room Studio, last week.  They endured the insistent company of Callie, the studio cat, and we had a magnificent conversation (we talked for a couple of hours, actually).  They played two songs, one from Julie’s album “Follow the Muse”, called Love Grand…Then they played a NEW song.  I think I may have been one of the first people to hear it…Apparently the band has not even heard it, yet.

That means that YOU, gentle listeners, will get to hear an original song being debuted, right here on the SLPSMC!
