presents the Broadway Musical Revue  “PUTTIN’ on the GLITZ!” March 11th thru March 26th, 2016. The production stars MARY ANNE EDWARDS, SARA DELBEATO, TRACIE CALLAHAN, and HEATHER LYNNE SPILLANE, with DEBRA L. SNYDER and ELICIA NYSTROM

Opening Night is Friday, March 11th at 7:30pm and the production runs weekend through March 26th

PUTTIN’ on the GLITZ!, is a dazzling musical tribute to Broadway. Enjoy the glitter and glamour of a magical, musical celebration of Broadway’s favorite American Musical Theatre classics as well as some little known gems that will become memorable hits! This musical/comedy journey will delight audiences of all ages. From Broadway classics including Sunset Boulevard, Wicked, Mame, Showboat, The Wiz, Funny Girl, Les Miserables, South Pacific, Phantom of the Opera, and many more…

About the Cast

Mary Anne Edwards

Mary Anne is excited to be back on stage with JFST, having previously appeared with Dee Etta Rowe in The Singing Divas of Broadway & Hollywood. An active stage performer throughout Florida, Mary Anne loves singing Broadway music, having appeared in roles such as Anna in The King and I, Grace Farrell inAnnie!, Gigi in GIGI, Julie in Carousel, Anne in A Little Night Music, and as Kathy in The Student Prince. Operatically, Mary Anne most recently appeared as Olympia in Offenbach’s The Tales of Hoffman at the TSPAC. Other operatic roles includes Gretel in Hansel and Gretel, Adele in Die Fledermaus, Rosina inBarbara of Seville, Gilda in Rigoletto, Queen of the Night in The Magic Flute, Blonda in The Abduction from the Seraglio, Despina in Cosi Fan Tutte, Frasquita in Carmen, and many G & S roles in venues from Florida to NYC. On the concert circuit, Mary Anne loves performing her act “Broadway Melodies” all over Florida. Much love & appreciation to her supportive husband, Jim!

Sara DelBeato

An accomplished jazz vocalist and actress, Sara is thrilled to return to the Ferraro Studio Theatre stage where she last appeared as Bobbi Michelle in LAST OF THE RED HOT LOVERS, and Belle Barth in SOPHIE, TOTIE & BELLE. She is an entertainer with Norwegian Cruise Lines, and most recently performed on the Pride of America cruising the Hawaiian Islands; She is also a swing member of the Norwegian Epic’s current company of Broadway’s PRISCILLA, QUEEN OF THE DESERT. Sara has toured the country with ARTHUR, LIVE!, based on the PBS television series; This included sold-out performances at Boston’s prestigious Colonial Theater. With over 40 book musicals under her belt, favorite regional musical theatre credits include: Fanny Brice in FUNNY GIRL, andGrizabella in CATS. Self-contained cabaret acts include: SARA SINGS STREISAND, and THE BETTE SET w/ Michael Raabe. National Awards: JazzFest USA 98 All-Star Award presented for her jazz vocals. Tracie Callahan

is excited to be back onstage at the Jimmy Ferraro Studio Theatre after recent performances there in What in the Dickens Happened to Scrooge and Aint Retirement Grand.. A graduate of the University of Maine’s classical voice program and an accomplished snow-shoveler, she has performed in area theatres in roles like Agnes Gooch in Mame and Buttercup in H.M.S. Pinafore. In addition to staged shows, Tracie performs as part of Chanteuse Charms, a duo presenting their own revue style shows. She would like to thank Jimmy Ferraro for this opportunity to perform, her fellow cast and crew for this wonderful experience, and her parents for their love and faith.

Heather Lynn Spillane

Heather is thrilled to be performing again with the Jimmy Ferraro Studio Theatre! Heather fell in love with the stage at a very early age and loves to make magic on the stage. Some of Heather’s favorite roles have included, Christmas Eve in Avenue Q, Woman 2 in Songs for a New World, and Tracy Turnblad in Hairspray. Heather was also nominated for best featured actress in a musical, through for her portrayal of the presumptuous Princess Puffer in the Mystery ofEdwin Drood. In addition Heather was blessed to have been awarded with the Audience choice award for best actress in a musical playing, Betty, in The Great American Trailer Park Musical. Heather wishes to thank her family and fiancé for their never ending support of her dreams! She would like to dedicate her performances in this production to her Grandfather, Kenneth Spillane.

Debra L. Snyder

I’m very excited to have the opportunity to work with Jimmy, Dee Etta and Midgie once again dancing in some of his past shows like Big Bawdy Burlesque, Going Hollywood, Can-Can, West Side Story and numerous Christmas Spectaculars, The Singing Diva’s of Broadway and Hollywood, Jimmy’s Shimmy Showcase 2015 & 2016, and A Christmas Cabaret. I have been performing and teaching dance for over 20 years, a Professional Belly Dance Performer, Teacher and Troupe Director of Troupe Sahirnee for over 18 years. I’m thrilled to be on the stage once again and would like to send Jimmy, Dee Etta and Midgie much love and success. Enjoy the show!

Elicia Nystrom

Elicia is honored to be performing at Jimmy Ferraro’s Studio Theatre again. Her past performances include The Singing Diva’s of Broadway and Hollywood, A Christmas Cabaret and Jimmy’s Shimmy Showcase. Elicia has been belly dancing professionally for over 15 years with Debbie Snyder and Troupe Sahirnee at numerous festivals, benefits and competitions throughout Florida. She is thrilled to be performing with Dee Etta, Mary Anne and Debbie again. Elicia would like to thank Jimmy, Dee Etta and Debbie for their support and encouragement. Time to sparkle!
