This week, Tampa transmissions will be Wednesday.

It is five weeks before the start of the new Garden Year.  We hope everyone will renew.  So far, we have one renewal.  Please let us know your intentions as soon as possible.  If you know others who might be interested in Friendship Farms & Fare, the CSA, the nursery, or the seed bank, please let us know, or direct them to the website: http://www.fffsite.org/

We have plenty of okra, sweet potatoes, and sweet potato leaves. We have harvested over 70 lbs of okra so far. You will find an attachment with an image of the 3F farmer and an okra plant – which is much taller than the farmer.

We have eggplant this week.  In addition to our Florida High Bush eggplant, Cadel’s Cove will be sharing some Asian and Italian eggplants.  We should have plenty.

Tampa deliveries will be Wednesday this week. West Pasco pick-ups will be based on schedule and distance.  Sunday is a good day to stop by the gardens, if you are in the area.  Just let us know in advance that you are coming by.  727-849-1626.
