New Port Richey City Council has scheduled a workshop session at 5:00 PM on January 20th, 2015 to consider an amendment to the city’s parking ordinance. The title of the workshop is “RE: Lawn Parking” and city officials have previously mentioned the need for prohibiting residents from parking on residential lots in unpaved areas, leading to soil erosion and blight.
