A low dew point and cold temperatures brought dense fog into the Tampa Bay Area and New Port Richey Tuesday morning.

Visibility was reduced to as short as 30 feet in some areas. A National Weather Service advisory extended until 11 AM Tuesday morning. Wednesday’s forecast calls for clear, sunny skies in the morning, but patches of fog are possible.

Another front with move through the area on Friday or early Saturday morning, bringing dipping temperatures for the weekend.
