New Port Richey Police arrested Julio Santiago-Ortiz (the infamous “Pasco Squatter) on Tuesday at his home at 5147 Greenwood St. Ortiz is being held at the Pasco County jail on $250,000 bail according to the Pasco County Sheriff. Police says that Ortiz was the driver of the getaway vehicle in the robbery.

Meanwhile, police are still searching for a second man, Pascual Carlos Pietri, 52, as a person of interest. Any tips of information on Pietri’s whereabouts should be directed to Detective Sgt. Mike Anderson at (727)841-4550.
