The City of New Port Richey confirmed today that Ms. Debbie Manns, a candidate from Ohio, will start next month pending approval of her contract as the new City Manager. Interim City Manager Susan Dillinger has said that Ms. Manns is likely to start her duties on June 2nd and that the contract is likely to be approved at the May 6 council meeting. Mrs. Dillinger also confirmed that the salary for Ms. Manns will be $115,000 per year.
