A Holiday man was arrested Monday and charged with attempted murder and attempt to kill an unborn child after Deputies say he struck his pregnant girlfriend with his vehicle on purpose.

The video released by the Pasco Sheriff’s Office says it all:

The man, 33 year old Justin Colby, allegedly struck his 32 year old girlfriend, Crystal Noordhuizen with a white 2006 Dodge Charger.

Sheriff’s officials said that Noordhuizen, who is seven months pregnant, told deputies that she got into a verbal altercation with Colby and she left their home. When she began to walk on the shoulder of Westwood Drive, Colby allegedly sent her a text and then struck her with his car.

The FHP report said that Noordhuizen suffered minor injuries and was treated at Bayonet Point Hospital. Colby is being held without bond.

Cobly has been arrested ten times since 2006 on charges ranging from aggravated assault to domestic battery.
