Pasco County Schools announced a new principal at Richey Elementary in New Port Richey on Tuesday evening. Mrs. Keri Allen will take for outgoing principal Ken Miesner, whom was demoted after issues with his performance in February. Allen was formerly assistant principal at Richey Elementary prior to taking over in February as interim principal.

Cotee River Elementary’s Principal will be moving to a new job at Pinellas Schools as Director of Professional development, leaving an opening at Cotee River. Gulf Middle’s principal, Stanley Trapp, is also leaving for retirement on June 5th and will be replaced by Jason Joens, the current principal at River Ridge Middle School.
