Whiskers and Tails will include, dinner, games, Halloween fun, costume contests, centerpiece contests and dancing. The event starts at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Spartan Manor, 6121 Massachusetts Ave.. The event is adult only. Tickets are $50 per person or $85 per couple.
