New Port Richey Police have asked for the public’s help in identifying a man who was caught by residents looking into windows, police say.
On June 29, 2016, at approximately 4:50 a.m., the New Port Richey Police Department investigated two Loitering and Prowling incidents.
In both cases, police say, the subject was observed looking into the victim’s homes. During one of the incidents the subject was observed with one of his hands inside his pant area. One of the victims confronted the subject and during her interaction she was able to ascertain the subject spoke with a Spanish accent. The subject then fled in an unknown direction on a bicycle.
