New Port Richey, FL (March 28, 2016) – Last year’s Chalk Art Festival was so successful at raising awareness for the Pasco Mental Health Foundation it didn’t take much of a brainstorm to say “let’s do that again!”
During the last day of Chasco Fiesta, Saturday, April 9, the Foundation will host its 2016 Chalk Art Festival in downtown New Port Richey on Nebraska Avenue between Grand Boulevard and Adams Street from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It’s that area the city calls Railroad Square, and it’ll be closed off at both ends of Nebraska to provide a vast and wide-open space for chalk artists and aspiring artists to enchant onlookers and blazon the road with 3D mind-bending works of art.
This event is open to artists and the public at large and you can reserve your space in advance for a $10 donation. Presenting sponsor, Medical Center of Trinity, invites you to come out for a day of fun and creativity. Contact Dawn Easter at (352) 206-2258 or firstname.lastname@example.org at the Pasco Mental Health Foundation, or go online to www.
Proceeds from this festival benefit the Pasco Mental Health Foundation, a 501 c (3) charity, that provides access to mental health service and education in this community.
